As social media becomes an increasing way for businesses to communicate and interact with their audiences, they are still looking for guidance on the "to do's" and "not to do's."  The Washington Post’s Capital Business recently addressed this topic with the article "Social networking sites: 10 mistakes organizations make" and spoke with Welz & Weisel Communications’ Evan Weisel for the piece.  
 
The mistake that Evan caution’s businesses away from: "Making conversations one-way." In the article he says "too many companies see these tools as just another way to push out information. Bombarding people with advertisements or press releases won't earn many followers, he said; there has to be a dialogue that keeps the audience engaged."
