Tony Welz, Principal and Co-Founder

As Principal and Founder of Welz & Weisel Communications, Tony Welz is responsible for client service, positioning and driving results-driven programs. Tony has 14 years of corporate communications, public relations and marketing communications experience. Having worked in both corporate and agency environments, Tony has consulted start-up to Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure in corporate communications, Tony directed positive public relations campaigns, managed crisis communications activities surrounding shareholder, market and industry issues, and has had extensive experience launching new companies and gaining increased market recognition through branding and media relations initiatives. Evan W. Weisel, Principal and Co-Founder

With 14 years of high-technology public relations and marketing communications experience, Evan Weisel is a seasoned marcomm professional within the business-to-business high-technology arena. Weisel’s volume of experience spans strategic planning, media and industry analyst relations, awards and speaking programs, collateral and advertising program development, and event and conference planning. He has provided counsel to both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Weisel received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in communication studies with a focus on public relations from Virginia Tech. < full biography >
